Great subs. Fresh vegetables, well-cooked meat, good bread. They go heavy on the fresh cilantro though. Which is anything but a bad thing for me personally.

Best boba in town!! So many flavor options. The tea has black tea and the smoothies are milk or cream based. I go back and forth depending on if I'm getting it for a snack or a pick me up. The sandwiches are tasty but I haven't tried anything else here, even though it always smells so good!! The family is super friendly and always 100 with customer service.

Z & JSUBS! if you have never had a boba smoothie then you really should check it out, don't know what flavors you should get, just tell them when you order that you want to try one and tell them just to make it a good one! You won't be disappointed

Delicious subs, awesome boba tea and unique smoothies. Boba has great taste, not too sweet and lots of different flavors! Sandwiches have BBQ type sauce but also carrots and cilantro. Bread is really good, and everything I have had here is well worth the price! Drive through can be a but wonky and you may have a bit of a wait, since everything is made fresh they aren't as fast as fast food. I love the smoker outside and it always smells amazing :)
